Smoking Sutliff States of Virginia in a Castello. This is my last tin of this and I'm gunna miss it that's for sure. It was only a limited addition with three Virginias cut into separate flakes. I just rubbed out and mixed the three and with some small amount of aging this is as nice as Virginias get imho.
On the menu for this rainy 🌧 evening commute was C&D Bayou Morning loaded in my faithful Savinelli 127, paired with a decaf flavored black tea to sip.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, almost two pounds of thick cut pork chops, and a can of pork & beans dinner with oatmeal raisin cookies and a small bowl of rocky road ice cream for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2019 C&D Derringer in a straight smooth brown 1920s (Comoy’s) Lions Head 399 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
Stokkebye Danish Gold in a Pete 305, some tea and a book, enjoying all the beautiful pipes on the thread!

Thanks! I'm diggin it. Love the blast on this one and it's light as a feather. Makes hands-free mode a breeze. I could taste the bowl coating on that first smoke. Prefer raw briar, but other than that, quite happy with it. Next time i'll take a pic with some natural light to show off the grain a bit better.Nice acquisition, beautiful Pete
