Are Orders From The EU To The US No Longer "Tax Free?"

I logged on to my account at tabaccheriacorti.com. Normally, it would show the prices of pipes in US dollars, "tax free." Is that no longer the case? I did send an email to Luca and will let you all know what I learn.

True but I dont think tariffs will impact small individual purchases from the EU to the US. There is nothing in place to collect them. Setting up that sort of processing would be a monumental undertaking with limited gains. Most of the tarriffs will be on big ticket/slow to process orders.

On the other hand, I could be terribly wrong and hell, tariffs are a great excuse to grab that pipe now?

I read that the tariff exclusion on orders of $600 or less was eliminated, at least for china and it was going to affect orders from places like Temu and Wish. There has been a lot of theatrical stuff in the media though, I never know what is true and what is theater.

I think that resulted in pretty much stopping shipments from China....at least for 5 minutes...I dont follow it that close. There is no system in place to collect those fees in that large of a number.

I just looked it up. It lasted 12 hours (not much different than 5 minutes).

C&D is already overpriced in the EU and we there are only about a dozen blends. I think its brought in and distributed by STG.
