I usually get my orders two days after ordering if I select USPS. If I select UPS, it may be a few more days longer. If I select FedEX, I will never see any of the contents of that order ever again, but sometimes the empty box gets slung into my yard as the driver speeds past my house.

Isn't that the truth. I remember in my youth that USPS took 6-8 weeks to deliver an order where UPS was 5 working days. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

The fact that the agreement between UPS and USPS for SurePost has ended will make things even more convoluted. Theoretically, deliveries should be one to two days earlier, but only the USPS can deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

I guess I’ll see what happens on my next order.

I just put in an order that garnered Sure Post shipping for free, I’ll be surprised if it arrives while it’s still February.

I dropped too much yesterday being impatient (worried some Sutliff wouldn’t survive this weekend’s sale), so we’ll see how the free SurePost does now that it’s all UPS.

For me it just means things are getting tossed on my front step instead of left in the mailbox with the door open for the world to see.
