Anyone Ever Heard of Dri-Master

I got a pipe from a friend of mine no stem and the Brand is a Dri-Master. I can not find this brand anywhere online. I have no Idea if it is owned by another company, if its a good find, if its trash, or really anything other than its a pot. Any help learning about this guy would be very helpful. Its missing its stem and i kinda want to know more before i fit one to this old guy.

It is like that yes. That is also the only thing on google i could find. Not much info i get out of the ebay post other than its an older pipe sadly. Im still digging around online though hoping to turn a rock with a flicker of real info or history. I would upload a picture of the one i have if my camera was working right.

I have several pipes that need stems.

If I knew a really good pipe repairmen I’d send him some business.

But I buy perfect Lee pipes on eBay that have barely been smoked, for less than $30 usually.

I’ve owned Dri Master pipes, and they are a good, solid old American factory pipe you can replace on eBay for $30 tops.

This is a used estate pipe & needs a mild cleaning. The silver tone band appears to be original as I do not find any repair. The stem appears to be vulcanite and no filter can be used. Weight is 1.2oz.

Perfectly good green money is a terrible thing to waste.

Only restem a meerschaum or scarce and valuable old pipe, and use your money to buy more good pipes.

I just bought a lot of 4 pipes, plus a Yello Bole cig holder, and a Drymaster was in the lot. I bought it for the Kaywoodie Hand Made I've been dying to have. I've never owned one of these and was looking up more info. Also, the Wellington looks interesting, I'm not into bents really but I'll give it a shot. I wonder who was the maker of the Drymaster?

To my knowledge Mastercraft never made one pipe themselves.

Grabow made an aluminum pipe and of course Falcon, and maybe some others.

I’ll bet Falcon made that on contract.

That I'm not sure, somehow I doubt it, but would be cool because originally these came in a case with 4 or 5 replacement bowls. I was thinking, I wonder if I could use Falcon moisture rings on these, or no...if they are interchangeable with Grabow bowls, if they were made by them, maybe I can get a few.
