I've always wanted to go to Miami for the cigars, looks like I'll have to go for the pipe tobacco too. Impressive how much Sutliff and Mac B stuff they have, even Kringle Flake. Really goes to show how the very online pipe smokers often don't go to B&Ms at all and the ones who only go to B&Ms usually don't get the latest news or don't care unless they're go to is on the chopping block

Nice selection. How were the prices?
Prices for most tins you can buy for $14.50 on line were about $2 higher. Prices for the 2022 and 2023 Sutliff Cringle Flake and 175th Silver Quarter and Old Boss were about $25 tin, but of course, these were all limited issues that you can’t find anywhere outside of Tin Bids now. I have plenty of the HH cellared so I picked up these 8. Of all the Pipe Force episodes, II with Perique is my favorite and I’m smoking it tonight.IMG_3007.jpegIMG_3003.jpegIMG_3005.jpeg

That is not bad at all for B&M pricing. I would have left with a few.

Here’s a cool story: while I was talking to Ben in his shop today after posting this thread from my phone, he excused himself to take a call and check for some tins he had of a C&D blend. He had several and sold them to the caller with shipping. A few minutes later I got a private message from a member of this site saying he saw his go-to blend in the first photo and called the shop and bought some. lol.

I'm pretty sure that shop didn't exists when I was stationed in Miami from 1982-1985. If It had, I would have shopped there. LOL.

Being stationed in Miami is what peaked my interest in hand rolled cigars. Little Havana was a great neighborhood to visit occasionally to pick up good cigars.

You are correct. When I asked Ben it was a family-owned business that he took over, he indicated that he and his wife leased the space and started it from scratch a few years ago.
