Had my first bowlful. Could taste the tobacco all the way through. Or maybe it was the bowl varnish. Mad Fiddler is the only tobacco I know of (except maybe Bengal Slices) that is tougher than the break in process. Yeah, couldn't taste all of the nuances with MF, but on the first smoke? Miraculous. Got 45 full minutes with the smoke, and only 3/4 of a bowl. Think I'll dedicate the pipe to this great tobacco.
