I do too. A little shallower depth of field and you nailed. But, that's just me. The sandwich looks delicious. Made me want one. Bad!!!

Yeah, it's an iPhone photo, so not much control over depth of field. I think I captured that certain something that only a Corned Beef Special has to offer, though.

Corned beef special? Gee, I was getting worked up thinking it was a Reuben! Either way, it looks yummy, and I want one now.

Have you guys seen what AI in Photoshop can do? Un-blanking-real. I think you could any DoF you'd like in post. And remove stuff in seconds- items that might take many hours to do in the traditional way.

AI is without doubt the Fifth Horseman.
I don't use it to alter content in my work and never will.
When you can create images that for all intents and purposes look entirely "real", but aren't, bad stuff happens, in many directions. Like so much other evil, though, there is the carrot and the stick, or should I say the snake and the apple?

You are quite right. The room for misuse is higher than ever. But the ease of use for "legitimate" purposes is compelling. Kinda puts my efforts over the years to learn PS in a bucket.

Indeed you did. The beef, Russian Rye and pickle, of course have been added to my list. Can't find a decent sandwich, no real deli,anywhere in Alaska that I've found.

Just be sure you can run faster than your companions when stalking your way towards a mama bear with a cub nearby!

You don't have to be faster than your companions, just trip the one you will miss the least.

Last week we had two full days of foggy weather, with just below freezing nights. The hoarfrost on everything was amazing to see. I wish I had had the time to spend an entire day just out shooting, but was able to snag a few shots at my shop. Taken with a Canon R6, 28-70 L series lens.
