The German store Dan Pipe sold them. You could search there.
I believe there are both French made and Italian made Wessex pipes currently.
I'd probably lean more towards the French made ones - I think from Chacom.
If you can find the older ones made in England, they're your best best.

Judd Perlson had 4 or 5 great looking older Wessex pipes on his eBay. All classic shape chart standards, brown blast with the blue dot stem logo.

I have a dublin and a billiard from when they made these. They smoke great. Very nice draw, it's just the chamber is larger than I prefer so I rarely reach for them unfortunately.
If memory serves me correctly,sometime around 2005 Wessex pipes which were sandblasted with cumberland stems began to appear on the market in significant numbers. They were produced by Chacom from old stummels. They developed a reputation for being very good smokers, possibly because the bowls were old and dry. Later on the pipes, which looked similar to the French production were made, I believe, by Lorenzetti. The stems were made of acrylic but looked like cumberland. I have a French production Wessex and it's a great pipe for a modest price. I can't comment on the Italian version or any Wessex which may have been produced prior to the aforementioned Chacom production.
Don't have a pic of the dublin on hand, but it matches this. I wish Wessex still made these. Really a great budget pipe
This is the dublin I referenced above (602, the billiard is 605). Both are of French production. Another great smoker, just a larger bowl than I prefer (slightly over .80" by 1.60"). They really are solid pipes.
