Starting to Get Obsessed
So I am visiting my brother-in-law's cabin in Zion, and he found a few old pipes in a shed. I don't think there is anything particularly valuable here, and ai already broke on trying to remove the tenon. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on cleaning these up:

I think the most interesting find is this meerschaum pipe, but there are no markings:

Next up is a "Duke of Maro Meerschaum Lined". If the meerschaum lining is damaged, is it worth smoking?

This one is the one I like a lot... It is marked a Butz Magus Gentleman:

There is also a Dr. Grabow Grand Duke:

And I think this one is also a Dr. Grabow, but it is very hard to read the markings:

Ran out of room to add more photos, but I think you get the gist. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would at least give a try to reconditioning the Briar pipes. I'm not much on meersham but if you like them, that meersham looks pretty decent.
Personally I wouldn't mess with the meersham lined, but that's just me.

The one with the "BC" on the stem is, I believe, a Butz-Choquin.
Yes, a little internet research and I came to the same conclusion. Although this one looks a little more plain than the ones I saw. Maybe it was a lower end line?

The gentleman that used to own this cabin (and presumably the pipes) was a working class guy that rarely spent money on "the finer things". He was a function over form guy, so it would not surprise me if he bought the lower end functional pipes.
