medically people do actually sorta do that. If you have trapped wind it will absorb into the blood stream and the way it leaves the blood stream is through the lining of the mouth. Seriously bodies are kind of awesome and gross.

My inner fourth grader also thought immediately of fart jokes. Did I ever break wind while smoking my pipe? Well, probably, but I didn't dwell on it. My dad used to smoke his pipe as a deodorizer in the bathroom. That Granger smoke will mask anything.
