Carved Meers I'd Like to See

While perusing some piping interwebs while it is too cold (for me!) to go outside for a smoke, i came across this image which deighted me with the idea of a 'cowboy' carved head. But what cowboy? I would like to see a set of three: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (all with hats on, of course). Can anyone suggest who this could be commissioned from?

My dog August is 1/2 German Shorthaired Pointer and also has some percentage of American Staffordshire Terrier according to a DNA test done on one of his siblings. We adopted him as a puppy from a GSP rescue that we used to volunteer at. His mother was a GSP that was brought to the rescue pregnant.

Luna does look very similar, and I wouldn't be surprised if she has some GSP breeding.
