that I don't know. the only lamb I buy is Aussie or New Zealand - it is the best in my area. Local stuff tastes like mutton unless you order a fresh spring lamb - that's different altogether

The local lamb Here in Cowra has a good reputation and is known colloquially as -'Cowra Lamb'.
Some claim it as world famous but I haven't compared it myself to New Zealand, who I'd reckon would top the list, although I haven't tried it.

Excellent job! I love lamb! I've got a thread on here from years ago I did a boneless leg of lamb on my ceramic grill with homemade Harissa paste. I think it was called sacrificial lamb or something like that.
