Plus Mum getting him to stop smoking cigarettes and keeping him on a strict diet
+ regular exercise - 1 hour walk every day (rain, hail or shine) until 5 years ago when he had the 1st of his 2 hip replacements.
The nightcap - Esoterica Margate in a Kriswill. Cup of decaf coffee with some salted caramel liqueur. Don’t usually like anything in my coffee, but since it’s decaf it needed something. Wishing this margate had more nicotine punch to it…
