Half way through this bowl of Smoker’s Pride Mellow Taste in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.49) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega military mount with a nickel band and a black vulcanite stem with a p-lip. Just finished my second set of walking reps on this brutally hot and humid day. Freshing myself with plenty of ice water and bergs.

Where NY, CT & MA meet
SPC Plum Pudding in an early Viprati Cherrywood. The rustication and curvy stem always remind me of an elephant. This is from 2000 and has no grade markings on it. It’s a favorite for Latakia blends and Plum Pudding is superb in it! This is becoming one of my favorite blends. My 3rd day in a row smoking it. Glad I cellared 2lbs and will pick up more the next time someone is having a sale. Roku gin martini is the accompanist. Sitting on the back screened porch enjoying the light breeze on a hot day in the northeast. AAC1523C-A14D-49D0-88B6-84AF05DAE2CA.jpeg
