No, seriously, it's only a matter of time until that happens. Hopefully later rather than sooner.
It's already happened at the state level in a few states, but there are regulatory and legislative efforts at the national level as well...we can only hope it doesn't happen soon.
Oh I'm sure the membership would stick around...but how is Kevin going to fund the site?
Perhaps if it becomes paid membership I guess.

A nearly 11-year old site with a ton of content kills in Google.
The current google algorithm surfaces this site well, because it has features which make it look credible. Long age, lots of interlinked content, not being spammy. Until google decides that it has to down rank all tobacco content, this site will be high on search results.Yes, thanks, Jay, but I still don't know what it means, as in a good thing or bad—helps or hurts?
