Thank you for joining us for The Pipes Magazine Radio Show—the only radio talk show for pipe smokers and collectors. We want to thank you for listening and being one of our loyal 15,000 weekly fans. In tonight’s “Pipe Parts” segment Brian will talk about Sasieni Pipes. They have an interesting history with how they started and why they have dots, and how the dots are placed. Our Featured Interview tonight is with Mark Ryan. Mark is the owner of Daughters & Ryan, makers of fine pipe tobaccos. Mark started in the wine world, and then moved to tobacco. We expect some great tobacco talk with him. (He is also the owner of L.A. Poche Perique Tobacco Co, but we will have a future interview on that.) Our pipes are packed, drinks are poured, the sound check is done … pack a pipe, sit back, relax and join us for The Pipes Magazine Radio Show.

Tonight’s show is sponsored by Sutliff-Tobacco.com, CupOJoes.com, SmokingPipes.com, Missouri Meerschaum, 4noggins.com, and MeerschaumStore.com, Please give them some consideration when making your next pipe or tobacco purchase.

We hope you enjoy our 50-minute show produced just for you—the pipe smoker and collector. The following link will launch a pop-up player. Alternatively, you can download the show in iTunes after the initial broadcast is complete here.

  • What a coincidence! I was listening to this week’s show, smoking some Brigham’s Maritime Morning in my Sasieni Four Dot Walnut Ashford S.
It is one of the best smoking pipes in my collection.
Very interesting conversation with Mark, and a terrific music selection. Freddie King is an amazing guitarist and performer, with both Texas and Chicago Blues roots. Thanks for another entertaining show.

  • Loved listening to Mark. Can’t wait to have him back to talk Perique.
Also, A+ on the Freddie King. Can’t get enough of the blues, keep it up Brian!
