Thank you for joining us for The Pipes Magazine Radio Show—the only radio talk show for pipe smokers and collectors. We broadcast weekly, every Tuesday at 8 pm eastern USA time and are available on nearly all podcast sites and apps. Listen on your computer, tablet, phone and even in the car! Our Featured Interview tonight is with pipe maker RobE, who also goes by his Buddhist name, Chokyi Seng-Ge. Rob makes artistically designed pipes in standard and freehand shapes. He says; "I create only what I’m inspired to. The motivation for pure creativity is understanding truth." The Pipe Parts segment will cover what the names of tobacco blends really mean. (i.e. Nightcap & Capstan). Sit back, relax with your pipe, and enjoy The Pipes Magazine Radio Show!

Tonight’s show is sponsored by SmokingPipes.com, Cornell & Diehl, and Savinelli Pipes and Tobaccos. Please give them some consideration when making your next pipe or tobacco purchase.

  • Pretty good show. Greatly enjoyed the Pipe Parts segment on what the tobacco names meant.
RobE was a guy I’ve never heard of so I really didn’t get into the interview that much.
Pretty good idea about smoking outside all day on same the day as the Anti-Smoke people are doing there thing. I might end up doing the same thing.
I really like Thanksgiving. Plenty of good food, lot’s of my relatives will be over, football, etc.

  • Another great show Brian. I became aware of RobE’s work a while back and now own two of his pipes; fraternal twin Lovat’s.
Thanksgiving is also my favorite holiday, eat, drink and enjoy the company of family; nothing better!
