  • I enjoyed your very good info and tips on the mortise and tenon.
JD afforded wonderful insights into the preparations, strategies, and workings of a trade show from the point of view of the retailer.
“From the Beach” by Nickel Creek was the perfect tune for a lazy, hot Chicago night.
Profound pipe program potty policy points.
Thanks for another always entertaining show.

  • Pipe part was enjoyable. Boring, but enjoyable.
Listening to “Tobacco Jesus” is something to look forward to. His talk on the PCA was just such a treat. I had never heard a single pipe smoker to have a decent thing to say about the group. Ever since they changed their name by removing pipes, they have been seriously vilified by pipe smokers everywhere. Wow! What an eye opener. Once again, the “Sage of Jackson” brought the truth to the people. We are a grateful group.
Nickel Creek is a group that I blow hold and cold with. When they are playing traditional bluegrass, they’re as fine a group as you can hear. But when they don’t it is very frosty to me.
I thought you could “dump” the bathroom segment of the show. No, seriously, i thought it was okay to remind everyone of the proper rules of etiquette in the rest room. It’s what separates us from the animals.
