Pipes Magazine Radio Show Episode 468

Pipes Magazine Radio Show Episode 468

Welcome to The Pipes Magazine Radio Show Episode 468! Our featured interview tonight is with Todd Brugman. Todd is a full time artist, and has been creating and thinking about the visual arts since he was a child. His parents noticed his artistic interest as early as kindergarten, and signed him up for extra curricular art activities that early in life. He is also a part-time pipe maker, and we love that he always has a pipe in his mouth in all of his photos, even when it’s an art focused interview. At the top of the show, Brian will discuss the origin of the word, “tobacco”. Sit back, relax with your pipe, and enjoy The Pipes Magazine Radio Show!

  • It’s always great to hear from an artist who is passionate about his craft, and Todd was both erudite and very entertaining. Great conversation.
I truly enjoyed “One Day” by Matisyahu. (But, really, how does a Jewish boy, brought up in White Plaines, get a Jamaican accent? It’s kinda like hearing Peter Tosh sing “Dayenu”)
    Amen to your rant.
    Thanks.

  • I really enjoyed this episode. Brugman was really engaging and was a small breath away from grabbing the mike and taking over the show.
