One of the estate pipes I picked up was close to that!! I am a lil new and didn’t realize it had a angled picture not showing the cake

Nice pipe. Shame about the owner. I reckon it would come good with a little elbow grease. I must confess that I'm often amazed at how people let their pipes get like that.
