I am frustraited this year as IPSD fell on a Monday. Limited supply of P&C IPSD tobacco was gone so fast. Why cant we have International Pipe Smoking Month IPSM, so all the guys that missed out can still get in on some of the action. I was travling that day, it doesnt fall on some smokers payday, and its in the last couple weeks of the month when some folks have many of the bills due. What do ya say guys think we can petition for the month rather than just a day? :puffpipe:
