How long ago were these toys made/sold?

Sorry if I missed it in the pics, but who makes the toy?
BTW, "pipe smoking bear" is off the mark....the toy is a dog.

However, I'm not going to Google either. You all have scared the curiosity right out of me!

It always amuses me with the odd and non-related pictures you get when doing a Google search for images. How the hell did Kevin qualify as a pipe smoking bear! :lol:
