It's been many years since ANY Death Certificate in the USA listed the cause of death as "natural causes" or "old age"... I think those became invalid entries in the mid 1950's....
My wife (The War Department) used to work in The Jefferson County Office of Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) and they were required to reject/return any Death Certificate that listed "natural causes" or "old age" as the cause of death; the reason: more complete, or more accurate information was required... :roll:
