I was just curious who all plans on attending this year's show in Las Vegas. I plan on being there provided nothing major comes up in the mean time. I'm pretty anxious, it'll be my first pipe show. I've told the Mrs. "Brian Levine said I can't afford not to go, so I must.". It's a great city, a great Casino, and I'm sure the company will be great that weekend. If you're not from Vegas and interested in great eateries nearby give me a shout in a private messege. Anyways, can't wait to get to the show and meet and greet.

I'll be there on Saturday for a few hours. The wife and I were married in Las Vegas, over ten years ago. We were back again in 2009 and, when I heard about the pipe show, I convinced her we needed to take another trip out there. So, in truth, it's a three day vacation for us, but I told her I'd be slipping away Saturday morning for four or five hours and would plan on catching up with her later that afternoon or evening for dinner and a show.

I'll definitely be there this year. I just got laid off as the company I was working for didn't have much work left on the Intel Fab 42 site. Nothing major though, just a two week vacation in Vegas, a stop at the pipe show, and back out to Phoenix to take another call for another company to work on Fab 42, most likely the tools.

I will be one of the Canadians attending the West Coast Pipe Show. Wife gave me a 4 day weekend and tickets to see Penn & Teller in Las Vegas for my birthday and picked the weekend of the show to go, so that I can attend.
I have never attended a pipe show and pretty much a noob smoking a pipe, so I am not 100% sure what to expect. Assume there will be many pipes for sale, some tobacco and pipe accessories, so I plan on a new pipe, a few tins of tobacco and an assortment of accessories. Plan on attending Saturday and hopefully Sunday.

slownumbers39, being from Canada I have to ask are you a hockey fan? If so, the Las Vegas Wranglers ECHL team is in town the weekend of the show incase you wanna catch a game. Tickets are affordable (cheap seats are $19) and it's fairly close to the Palace Station, just about a fifteen minute drive south on Arville. I only bring it up because I'm a huge hockey fan myself.

I was planning on attending this year, even booked my flight and hotel. Unfortunately, I have an invasive surgery scheduled on November 1st; so I won't actually be going anywhere (although if they ply me with enough morphine post-op, I might think I'm in Vegas!). Have fun guys - and take lots of pics so I can live vicariously through you!
