Unknown Accessory Help

I was looking for some help identifying this item. It was in a lot of Dunhills, has the white dot on top of the stem and there's a draft hole on the side of the chamber thing. Any ideas?

It's half of a pipe. The bowl is missing

It looks like the top and bottom of a pipe shape known as a "cavalier". You're missing the bowl and shank portions.
