I've been suffering from a mild case of TAD this week.  I had to split the order among two retailers as I start to feel guilty when the running total starts to get a little high. By splitting the order, I can fool myself into thinking I've spent a reasonable amount twice, rather than a lot once! :)
Dunhill De Luxe Navy Rolls,

Gawith Hoggarth Sweet Rum Twist,

Gawith Hoggarth Dark Cherry Exclusive,

Germain Loose Rich Dark Flake,

Gauntley El Picante  Americano,

Gauntley Deliverance,

Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake.
The first three are restocking blends I like and the last four are new additions. So many blends out there to try but only a finite amount of time!

I would put all of my money into Germain Rich Dark Flake. Different strokes... ;)

The Rich Dark Flake is a very nice smoke indeed. But after tasting El Picante (my first blend with a lot of Perique) I can see that becoming my go to baccy for a while. The only one on the list that I have never tried at all is the Virginia Flake. But it should be right for me as I do enjoy my Virginia's.
It's a real pity that US Credit card companies stop people from buying our UK tobacco. Hopefully it will be turned over as an unfair barrier to free trade. Ok, you'd still have to pay import duty, but at least you would have the choice on how to spend your hard earned Dollars.

El Picante Americana

---A powerful and spicy blend of Perique, Burley & Virginias. Built up on a Burley base, with some flue & fire cured Virginias and a very big helping of Perique. It took us a lot of experimenting to get the balance just right and in the end we used a slight maple topping on the Virginias to add a little sweetness.
From the pouch this tobacco has a sweet aroma, but underlying this is a spicy edge. Smoking is much the same, what begins as a creamy/sweet smoke, soon becomes spicy with a more dryer texture.
Not for those who dont like full flavoured tobaccos with a big nicotine count.

Sounds gooood!
If I was over there I'd be pretty content with the newsagent blends, get me a Falcon and go total codger with Condor Plug, St. Bruno, Warrior Plug --- I love that stuff!!!
But also, the full range of SG plugs are easily available over there too!!!
I have a preference for plugs.
Did you get some GLPease Jack-knife Plug from Gauntley's?

I would be very content with the current UK selection of tobaccos. Perhaps it does not have the breadth of the American offerings, but they scream quality. From the Gawiths to the OTCs, there is something for everyone...
As for the repeal of those credit card restrictions - don't hold your breath...

misterlowercase - I've not got any Jack Knife yet but it is on the list for the same next order. Listening to some reviews on YouTube, it sounds like a wonderful smoke
Simenon - I doubt the tobacco industry will fight too hard for a change to CC restrictions, but I have read that the online Casinos are. It seems odd that we think of USA as the home of free trade and yet they restrict what you can buy on your card!
