Tutorial on Resizeing Your Photos Directly by Photobucket
I thought about this after seeing few guy's post's asking about it.
Login to your PhotoBucket account and choose edityour photo
Choose the phoro you want to resize
Go to adjustment then resize
Here are my recomendation regarding the resizing
I prefere to your save and replace rather than same as new file
To post your picture in the forum follow these few steps
Sorry, it’s one click not double clicks
The picture after resizing
Hope that will help youposting your pictures.
Thank you for posting this!
Testing with a pic of me right after a minor surgery... I was barely standing!

Nice job. Thanks for making the effort of all of those screen captures.
Let me give it a try...
OK. But how do I correct for an ugly mug?

Great work my friend, keep going.
Give me a pipe, a pitbull dog, and a book...then leave me in an island for ever...!
Nice work, Wasim; thanks for posting. As said above though, where's the Less Ugly button?
I can't find a way to transfer photos from the new photobucket to this site. Would someone explain how. The old way does not work.
Foggy: I just copy the URL beside "IMG Thumb" and paste directly into the reply box (dont' use the IMG button).
Thanks Al. I didn't get an answer so I figured it out. I am not great on computers and had never copied & pasted before, except with the old Photobucket. Thanks for the help & good to hear from you.--Foggy
I'm sorry but trying to post a pic on this forum is a pain in the a--. I did everything in photobucket just like u said but when it comes to pasting the link in the forum, I am lost
dod not work or come close even.
I know that photobucket used to be very easy to use.
After the "improvements"... Not so much.
I just use "Paint" to resize before I upload a picture.
I'll open the photo in Paint.
Then using the "Edit" tab drop-down select "Resize".
Most of my photos are from my phone and are huge.
I'll opt for 50%, then 50% again.
Then save it to my pipe photo folder, then upload to photobucket.
Select the picture and copy the "img code".
Now, all you have to do is paste the "img code" into the reply box.
(YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THE "IMG" BUTTON.)
I hope that helps.
Posting photos always sounds harder than it really is.
Hey Lawrence, any chance we're going to get a Preview (your post) button here? When I upload photos I have to post the thread before I can see if I screwed up the size of my pics, then Edit it...
Thanks man, that would be real spiffy
i have used photoshop and know my way arond for such things and nothing - the avatr comes in all squished. tried to use my tim west pipe as an avatar because it is an elegant beaut; but no such luck!
Is there any reason we can't just copy and paste a photo? Seems a lot easier than having another useless account on a third party site.turns out I am awful with computers!
"NEVER STARE DIRECTLY INTO THE MUSTACHE."
Magnus that very question has come up in the past.
The short answer is yes.
The next best thing to not using a third party site is to upload the photos into "your Album".
Then: When you've uploaded your photos you can open the picture.
Then: Right-click in the body of the photo.
Then: Select "copy image address"
Then: Using the IMG button post it in the Reply Box.
Hope that helps.
