My wife's cousin is getting married next Saturday so we're traveling to Florida (Fort Lauderdale) next Wednesday and will have a couple days to kill as a pseudo vacation. So a couple questions:
1. Traveling with pipes in checked luggage with lighter etc.? Do you bring your nice lighters with you or do you just get a bic lighter when you travel - any bad experiences with pipes and accessories making it through? (Excluding trying to walk through with checked luggage)
2. Are there some great places to check out in Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding area as far as tobacconists?
3. Any other suggestions on interesting things to check out that don't involve a major theme park?
