I made up a spreadsheet on Google Drive to be sure I kept my info. I save a copy when I add or remove.

I hadn't backed up either. If they don't come back up, my data on my cellar is gone and there is no way I will ever spend the time to recreate it.
Yeah I'll prob. re-do everything - I've mostly got dates on stuff... but still, lesson learned, backup the damn list.

I have my own cellar logged into a Google spreadsheet which is then backed up as an open office doc on an external hard drive at home.
I try not to have any documents resident on the computer's internal drive, as it is a nightmare to retrieve data from a dead PC.
