Topped? Looks like it has been beheaded. They did a fantastic job on the shank repair. I wouldn't have even noticed unless you pointed it out.

The wire use is very creative. I'm always amazed by what cleaver people can do with a broken pipe. And all of that wonderful expertise for just $9.95. A true bargin.

BTW, the pipe didn't sell. Shocker.
I did win a jet shaped "Torpedo" pipe from the same seller. Should be interesting.
