Speaking from owning 24 different lines in the same Savinelli shape, the only difference I've found is the cosmetic appearance of the briar. Inferior would not be a term I would use for lower priced lines. Blemished would be more accurate. As long as the airway is open and clear, it will smoke just fine. Unless you are looking for good grain, then you'll be opting for the upper grades.Embers, I've read that the Danske Club line was inferior, that's why this question came up...
