I just got this in the mail by surprise today ... took Altadis almost three months to get my sample here:

It's Sutliffe Tobacco Company Tabac Noir
I guess if you say 'black tobacco' in french, it makes it better :crazy:
Not the greatest of reviews, but hey, the price was right.

Signed up to keep an eye on my friendly competition and lo and behold received the same tin today. Can't remember when I asked for it. Can't figure out if it's black cavendish or green river burley.

I got the No 5 blend, which I promptly traded since I don't do well with Lats. Took about 3 months as well to get here.

I love it when I get free tobacco. Doesn't happen often enough. I got the No. 5 as well which is their version of Dunhill's 965. It was a decent blend. Not my favorite Lat blend but decent.

I got mine the other day day too got the same one. I never score a free english blend I always get aros I never smoke.

Mine came in 3 weeks. I got a tin of "Molto Dolce" supper sweet vanilla aromatic. Sterling sent me two sample zip lock bags in a week! You can request the tobacco you are interested in from Sterling. I thought that was pretty cool of them!
