Also, the shop is going to be open later for you guys getting into town late (to 9:00 PM) on Friday. The Jazz band will be from 6-9, so that's like the fun time.

Just a heads up. Nate King & Michael Parks will be joining us on Friday for our Pre-show event. Also, on Sunday we will be open with Benjamin manning the front, and us pipemakers will be in the back making a collaboration pipe for a worthy cause. Anyone have a worthy cause? It will be up to the whole group for the decision on how we donate the pipe that we make.

There might also be Columbus's famous Mya's chicken truck parked across the street for the event. If that's the case, I think all of my money will be spent on fried chicken and biscuits before the 24th. Either way, there will be food. We'll post more information periodically on our Facebook page as more things on the agenda become cemented.

OK, so here's some more concrete information on the goings-on for Friday:
- Free raffle with cool prizes (including grand prize Chheda pipe worth $625 retail). Winners will be drawn at 8:30 PM, but winners don't need to be present.
- Sam Smerkol from Drew Estate will be at the event from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and debuting the new Drew Estate tobacco and we will have the full line of Drew Estate cigars.
- A cigar roller from Flor de Gonzalez will be making cigars.
- Representatives from the Missouri Meerschaum Corn Cob Pipe Company will have some special non-catalog corn cob pipes in addition to the full line of corn cob pipes. They will be at the shop from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- There will be live jazz from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
- Columbus' famous Mya's Fried Chicken truck will be parked on the block.
- The following pipe makers will be at the shop: Nate King, Michael Parks, Thomas James, Joe Nelson, Chuck Sands, Bill Shalosky, Premal Chheda, Jason Cochey (Briar Bird Pipes), and Jerry Crawford.
