Some of you may remember a thread I posted about getting a new stem for my cob. It isn't a Forever stem from Walker Briar Works, I got it off an ebay seller. They a good selection of stems to chose from, and I got a 4 1/2 inch mini churchwarden stem. They only make stems for the filtered cobs. It seems to be made well enough, though it is a really tight fit. It is made from black lucite. I tested it out with some H&H Slice of Gold. It was a pretty good smoke, probably one of the best I've had in that cob. All in all I'd say it was worth the $12.95 plus $1.99 for shipping.
I know much we all love pictures so here it is:

I'm thinking it smokes much cooler than the standard stem too.

It does. I don't like the standard stem. They feel cheap and collect a lot of moisture if you don't have the filter in. I have a Forever stem on the way for my other cob, it's a churchwarden as well.
