I got a commission in from Russ Cook, and am very pleased with it. I asked him to make me a pipe a few months back, and he asked what I wanted. All I told him was, "I want a ball shape with a swoopy shank". He is in my estimation, an extremely underrated carver. Each smoke is evident that he pays attention to the little details.
