On the photo is the name Rick Baker.I looked up the name on Google.He's a well known Hollywood makeup artist.I guess this is one of his creations.

I've seen this picture before, but I still find it kind of.. Creepy. :lol:
There are actually a few others in this style (Animation to realistic.).
I'm a fan of this one though.
