How about a mold for Bake-a-lite pipes.
Edit: Or a ceramic pipe.

This is like "Ask This Old House". What you got there is a antique paint tray made by the Pipe Company from Worcester Mass. Perfect for small jobs around the house.

A sailor had been smoking a pipe on the USS Eldridge during the Philadelphia Experiment. When the electromagnetic current generators were turned off and everything re-materialized, it was discovered that his pipe had been embedded in a piece of machinery he was standing next to.

I think it might be a mold used for the art deco aluminum aristocobs. It would have helped to have the demensions.
