Question about Milan Tobacconist Private Blends

While cruising Tobaccoland I came across Milan. There site seemed a little confusing until I kept looking longer.

I think mso489 has dealt with them. My question is pretty simple.

How are their house blends? With names like Neopolitan it doesn't appear to be a Sutliff or Lane renamed.

Any and all thoughts welcome

The only house blend I bought from Milan was the 401 Burley (non-aromatic) -- explicitly described as their own creation. I didn't like it because the Cavendish dominated the blend (it was "chalky" and somewhat parching too.) The same type of Cavendish is found in SPC's Deception Pass, so if you like the one, you'll probably like the other (style of Cavendish).

Sunset Rum, Chartwell and Colonial Pastime are the three I've enjoyed the most.
Chartwell is smokey sweet, has no bite and the flavor lasts the entire bowl.
Unfortunately my tobacco notebook is lacking respectable notes on the other two.
