My mother just gave me an old pipe stand. Any idea of where and when it was made?

I also edited the post...3x. We must've been editing at the same time, I couldn't reduce the image even though I tried and left just the link. Thanks Bubba.

I don't think there is any great age to it but based on design I'd guess any time from post-WWII to early '60's. I'm ruling out the late 1920's to 1930's because it does not appear to be art deco. The look of the stain color was popular with woods from the post war era. I'm sure someone here can give a better idea.

Thanks all for your help. I believe this pipe stand has been in my family since about 1980. My grandfather was an auctioneer on weekends and pick up all kinds of stuff over the years.

go over it with Old English first to see if you can cover any flaws that way. If it really needs refinishing , go for it. It's not old enough that refinishing will destroy it's value.
