Here are two recent acquisitions. A pre-Lane era Cutty that is 5 1/2 inches long and weighs 23 grams.
The pipe is stamped Charatan's Make - London England - De Luxe with a shape number of 54



Here's the other one GBD Rallye (PickAxe) 666P. It is 5 1/4 inches long and weighs 32 grams

Nice, love the cutty, I don't watch a lot of Charatans, but that has to be an usual shape.
I'll be interested to hear how the GBD smokes compared to your older pre-Cadogan GBD(s).

The pick axe is really cool. I am always happy when one of us gets a pre Lane Charatan though. Those are seemingly pretty rare. Congrats on a rare-ish pipe in what must be a rare shape!

Okay folks I've smoked them both now. The pre-Lane Charatan is an absolutely fantastic smoker. The PixAxe, for my smoking style .... ugh.
