Not going to sell a lot of pipe tobacco with this portrait, but he's hardly alone in his corpulence. Once that youthful metabolism gears down after a certain age, you have to really work at not expanding in this way. Even if you're not as heavy as this guy. I've never noticed that overweight men are at much of a loss with the women, if they have good duds, spare cash, and an outgoing personality. Put him in a blazer and some other nice clothes. Good beard.
It just occurred to me that this guy looks like Rodin's sculpture of the author Balzac. At the time, carrying a lot of extra weight was considered a badge of prosperity and health, since a lot of working people were thin from lack of food money and overwork, and TB made people extra thin, so obesity, up to a point, was a sign of health.
Um I'm a little concerned about your smoking while pregnant. I hope you discussed this with your OB/GYN. tisk..tisk.
