Hello Gents
I am going to buy me a pipe to celebrate my 56 years old as well as my 40 years of my first pipe next July 19th, I found some candidates but I would like the wisdom of the forum to select the best one, I have my doubt on the Shannon and I could not identify the second Peterson, the Stanwell Zebrano looks very nice and last but not least the Savinelli and the Brebbia are solid choices

What do you think guys, any input will be appreciate

Thanks in advance

Whatever speaks to you the most. Personally I would go with the Stanwell because I’m pretty partial to Stanwells, but they all seem like good options and they would probably all treat you alright.

Thanks guys
The Peterson's Shannon talked me loud, I am not an expert but the lack of sing in the stem as well as the type of lettering stamp make me think that could be a fake one

Any connoiseur that could help

I honestly have no idea what that means, but I would suggest that you look at other examples of the pipe in question to see if their nomenclature is different in any significant way.
Otherwise, I'm with buy what you like the best.

I have a Peterson Shannon bulldog I bought a few years ago. I think it's a good pipe. I use it mostly for English/Latakia blends, and it does well!
I'll post a couple pictures here in a bit so you can compare. The stamping seems kind of funky on mine too, but this is a

Sorry but English is not my mother language, wat I want to said is the pipe's stem does not have the Peterson logo on it (white small P) and the lettering stam at the bottom of the pipe says Petersons with a "S" at the end.

As I said I do not the brand to be 100% sure about the authenticity, by the way another candidate comes up but can find any information of the brand or maker

I also have an special feeling towards the Stanwell, the Peterson was a nice find due to the meerschaun inset and last but not least the Capitol is my very first rusticated ever.

I have been enjoy the three of them although they are still in the cleaning and sanitation process

They all look like they would be good longterm smokers. I have a Shannon (no Meer inset) that I've enjoyed for years.
