   That's a very nice pipe indeed. I particularly like the double band treatment on the shank. BTW, I love your champagne cork retainer pipe rest!

   I have a couple of Stanwells and really like the way they smoke. I like the grain and double band on this one. That's a great reason to celebrate!

    Looks like a Stanwell model #126 designed by the great Tom Eltang. Happens to be the pipe in my avatar. Nice banding. Enjoy!

    It is an estate that I got about two years ago. The stamp is #126, Stanwell, made in Denmark, "Brass Band".
