In addition to a bulldog/rhodesian ( See http://pipesmagazine.com/forums/topic/a-bulldog-or-a-rhodesian-you-tell-me ) I also picked up a smooth brandy and a rather unusual sandblasted bamboo apple from Michael Parks.

That Brandy is a beauty, but looks like it would be a bear to hold onto. Looks very slippery. LOL! Now that bamboo is right up my alley. Great pipes Peck.

Holy crap. The grain on that Brandy is the best birdseye that I've ever seen and combined with a fantastic shape. That's a grand-slam home run in my book.

Damn, beautiful pipes!!!! Apparently Mr. Parks has been a busy guy. I just got notice that my Long Shanked Prince is complete.
Here is a pic to add to the already amazing pipe porn in this thread!

That's about the best birds eye I've seen, in itself, and with the finish to show it off. The bamboo shank pipe is nifty, nice little flake or Virginia cooker, to me. In the spring, I bought a Bob Hayes rusticated Dublin that has a similar bamboo shank, also nicely integrated into the design flow.
