That is a company I could totally get behind. To many businesses have forgotten good business practices and fail to stand behind their staff.
That brought a tear to my eye. I hope she has some cream for that burn, self righteous so and so who thinks she is better than the people she is getting her service from. She's just a cliche.
Having staff whose job it is to be helpful and of the best service, customer service, is an open invitation for those with rage to be abusive. I bet they don't get paid very well, either. I could never do their job.
It can be very difficult to find a company that really cares about their employees these days. This one certainly does, God Bless them.
