my wife and son are doing great. We were worried about our 3 year old son and 1 year old dog because jealous but they are doing great aswell. my son joseph is being a "good helper" and my dog is very protective of michael. When michael cries tank (the dog) whines at us till we get michael.
I shall have a bowl soon which will be my first one since friday.

Its awesome how your dogs adapt to the someone new in their social circle. My oldest lab always used to walk into my sons room every night like he was checking on him before he'd go lay down on his dog bed. My wife and I would always cringe because we've got an old house with squeaky boards and we didn't want him waking up.
