Inspired by Shutterbug's posting of the Savinelli promo (NOT porno) video, I just got a Savinelli Roma Lucite from 4noggins - great value for only $81.60!

I fired it up with a bowlful of Peterson's Irish Whiskey, and had a great first smoke.
It's nice to know you can still find reasonably priced great quality pipes.

Like the pipe with that classy stem, and Peterson's Irish Whisky is a great aro. Yes, I think well-priced

quality pipes are the anchor of the business. It's a lovely thing to be able to acquire in the hundreds

of dollars range, or above, but people starting careers, raising kids on thin middle class salaries, putting

kids through school, reaching to buy a house, or living in retirement, etc. etc., need fine pipes at

achievable prices. That's what I try for on my rack. (That stem is elegant.)

In my experience, even the less expensive Savinellis like your new Roma are very nice pipes. Many happy smokes to you!

I should go and work for them! After watching my video I may be tempted as well...but on the serious side, I think that for factory made pipes, the Savs are one of the best value for design! Great purchase...
