With the Euro down vs. the dollar, I decided now would be a great time to buy a new Dunhill from Al Pascia. I ordered it Wednesday evening and met the Fed Ex guy with my pipe when I headed out the door this morning. Amazing. Less than 48 hours from Milan to my front door.
Anyhow, it's a Group 2 Bruyere pot. Great fit and finish and the perfect size for strong flakes and plugs.

I love the Bruyere finish. I'm very impressed with the stem work on my recent White dot and that one looks terrific as well. I wonder who is making those stems over there?

Thanks, Al (ssjones). I've handled a couple of estate Dunhills, but this was my first new one. Great, well-made no-nonsense pipes. I'm enjoying it.
And thanks again for the fantastic service, Al Pascia. Simply outstanding.

Bravo. What an elegant pipe. Yeah, I love a slightly smaller bowl for flake and plug.
