Here are my pipes, lined up alphabetically by height.
Ashtray and single pipe stand, bought at an antique shop in Fredericksburg, VA

Newest acquisition, "the ball" from Fine Ukranian. I was sure I overpaid when I bought it, but it smokes pretty good, and I like the shape a lot.

Cheap Dr. Grabow, but it smokes good, too.

Other cheap, but reliable, pipes.

This one came with that ashtray. I've cleaned it, but haven't smoked it yet. The bowl is soft, almost feels like cork. And it's cracked and gouged.

I hate this pipe, and wish I had my $7 back. I loved the look and feel of it, but it doesn't smoke worth a damn. I just can't bring myself to throw it away.

Thanks! Hopefully I'll add a few more after going to the Richmond Pipe Show this weekend. I just got my allowance from SWMBO, and it's burning a hole in my pocket.

Works for me!

I have a Straight Dr. Grabow exactly like yours in pic number 4.

I don't smoke it much, but it's "very not bad".
Glad to have you aboard!

Thanks for sharing your pipe pictures with us Fred. As long as your smoking pipes, your good man.
I dug out my 6 Dr. Grabows recently and smoked them all one after the other and they all smoked great.

Fredvegas nice pipe collection. I started my pipe collection upon returning from Iraq, I started with a meer purchased in Taji, Iraq. Since I purchased a DR. Grabow like yours in pic#4, a cob, a cheap hickory similiar to the grabow, and another Meer from IMP.

Fredvegas, Small Cheap Collection works for me! Thanks for sharing.

Like Kevin said, if you're into smoking pipes, you're good-to-go here!

I'll be checking-in with the "Show us your stash" thread, so post-up

there as well. Again, thanks for the pix.

it looks like a fine collection to me. I saw some ukrainian pipes on ebay and considered buying "the ball" pipe. It looks really unique, and now that i know it is functional i may get one or one like it.

Spending high dollars certainly is not a requirement for enjoying pipes! Nice collection! "The Ball" is an eye catcher to me as well.

Some updates to the collection:
First, the Savinelli Punto Oro that I got at the Richmond Pipe Show. I know I already put this up in another thread, but I want to make sure they're all in this one.

Same with the (still unsmoked by me) Bacchus Meerschaum. I like the red stem on this.

dsc09726k.jpg

Now the two new (to me) pipes.
The first is a Lorenzo Elba 8668. It feels good in the hand, but it's a bit heavy to clench. Also, the stem is a bit more orange than I thought from the ebay pictures, but I'll live...

dsc09715g.jpg

The next is probably the nicest pipe I own, the Paronelli #204 (whatever that means). I love this stem. I just got it yesterday, so I haven't smoked it yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Maybe I'll clean it this afternoon and smoke a victory bowl to celebrate South Carolina's upcoming victory over Clemson tonight.

I also got this sample of tobacco in the mail on Tuesday. The flavor is a little weak so far, but maybe I'm just not "tuned in" to it yet.

That beat up old pipe that came with the astray looks like it may have been a amphora #812 I have a pipe that looks identical to that I am restoring right now and that pipe looks like it may have been the same before years of torture. I see you really steeped up your collection.
