Just happened to go in a furniture store that is closing and left with a new livingroom suit! We got a killer deal, marked down even below clearance on the couch, chair, and ottoman.

Ahh, that is good to hear. I know we will have this furniture for many years to come; the fact that we paid only about 25% of the retail price makes is a hell of a lot better. I am excited, since it is my wife's and my first livingroom suit. The first thing she said was, " you can smoke in that chair!" :D
